Fine Arts KL, have over the years catered for Hospitals and Health Care institutions in Malaysia and nearby Singapore.

Firstly, we understand the specification required by clients such as JABATAN KERJA RAYA, KEMENTERIAN PERUBATAN and Private clinics or hospitals.

Requirements are such:
On Masonry surfaces, technique and material used must be :
1. have a low sheen finish that is low in VOC
2. comes with fungus resistance, mould resistance and anti-bacterial properties.
3.coatings must neutralizes formaldehyde and reduces the amount of VOCs in the air, effectively
making the air in one’s home as fresh as the great outdoors.
4. must have a high tolerance to frequent or heavy condensation.
5.must be suitable  for areas exposed to washable dirt/stains ie. in the kitchen, children’s rooms and dusty premises.
6. FILM THICKNESS 35 - 50 microns dry film thickness
7. product warranty on fading up to 5 years
8. Environmentally friendly green interior emulsion
9. (containing < 50g/L VOC, meeting the VOC requirements
of the eco-standards specified by the Green Labelling
Scheme)

11. Non-toxic, does not contain lead, mercury and heavy metals

• Resists fading and chalking by cement alkali

Recently, we completed a project for a Public Hospital in Terengganu, Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah. It's main contractor and PMC was non other than Ahmad Zaki Sdn. Bhd.
