Fine Arts KL, have over the years catered for Hospitals and Health Care institutions in Malaysia and nearby Singapore.

Firstly, we understand the specification required by clients such as JABATAN KERJA RAYA, KEMENTERIAN PERUBATAN and Private clinics or hospitals.

Requirements are such:
On Masonry surfaces, technique and material used must be :
1. have a low sheen finish that is low in VOC
2. comes with fungus resistance, mould resistance and anti-bacterial properties.
3.coatings must neutralizes formaldehyde and reduces the amount of VOCs in the air, effectively
making the air in one’s home as fresh as the great outdoors.
4. must have a high tolerance to frequent or heavy condensation.
5.must be suitable  for areas exposed to washable dirt/stains ie. in the kitchen, children’s rooms and dusty premises.
6. FILM THICKNESS 35 - 50 microns dry film thickness
7. product warranty on fading up to 5 years
8. Environmentally friendly green interior emulsion
9. (containing < 50g/L VOC, meeting the VOC requirements
of the eco-standards specified by the Green Labelling
Scheme)
10.• Ammonia-free
11. Non-toxic, does not contain lead, mercury and heavy metals
12.• Long lasting colors
• Resists fading and chalking by cement alkali

14. Covers fine hairline cracks

Recently, we completed a project for a Public Hospital in Terengganu, Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah. It's main contractor and PMC was non other than Ahmad Zaki Sdn. Bhd.

Recently, Fine Arts KL had chanced upon an opportunity to work with a client who was more open to experimentation, in an endeavour to transform the normal . Here, the scenario was perfect for the creation of Murals the unconventional way... using spray cans.

  MURAL PRASEKOLAH

Adalah menjadi kebiasaan untuk sesebuah tadika, taska, institusi pra-sekolah untuk
menghiaskan dindingnya dengan pelbagai lukisan pada dindingnya. Apa yang tidak diketahui sehingga kini,  konsep serta aplikasi mural tersebut berdaya menjadi mangkin, melariskan pemikiran secara positif dan menyeluruh.

 Sebelum ini kajian yang dijalankan oleh badan badan seperti Institut Aminudin Baki dengan ilmuan Inutero program, berpendapat bahawa warna-warna tertentu , jika diperhatikan berulang kali , akan berperanan sebagai stimulus kepada otak , menghasilkan bahan bahan kimia serta isyarat saraf tertentu.

Maka dengan menggunakan warna - warna yang positif, mural yang dihasilkan lebih efektif melenturkan minda si muda. Kaedah ini sudah lama dipraktikan di dunia amnya. Mc Donald dengan kajian kajian yang dijalankan oleh pakar-pakarnya di Univeristy Mc Donalds telah lama mengeksploitasi warna dalam perhiasan dalamannya. Arena pengiklanan pula telah lama menggunakan warna dalam iklan iklannya di TV , papan -papan tanda dan lain lain lagi.

Cat -cat yang sering digunakan adalah seperti cat ICI Dulux PURE.
